Helpful Suggestion

Please check you meet ALL of the Minimum Requirements, so the notarization process as quickly and smoothly as required by the Law:

1. Make sure our computer software is updated and have the latest version of the operating system installed.
2. Your Internet has good and steady connectivity.
3. Your computer Webcam/camera and audio system working efficiently whichever device you use such as a tablet, a smartphone, or desktop/a laptop.
4. THE ONLINE NOTARY must be ABLE TO SEE ALL SIGNERS AND CONFIRM THEIR IDENTITIES!
5. Signers also need to check all documents that need to be notarized and ALL BLANKs in Documents must be completed EXCEPT your signature(s), the date, and the notary’s information as it will be accomplished using Secured Digital Signing.
6. The signer should able to scan or convert your document into a Legible PDF formate and send it to us for review and to convert in digital formate for an online session.
7. Signer(s) should able to take clear images of the front and back of their government-issued ids (State Issued Drive’s Licences or photo IDs) when the system prompts or requested by the Notary.
8. Signer(s) should able to pride the close-up picture(s) for everybody involved in signing when System prompts or requested by Notary.

BEFORE THE ONLINE NOTARIZTAION SESSION NOTARY NEEDS FOLLOWING ITEMS TO VIA EMAIL.

1. All documents with all blank spaces are completed except the signer’s signature and Notary’s signature in legible Electronic format (PDF is the preferred foam).
2. After satisfactory review documents will be converted into the electronic foam to perform the digital signature session using an advanced platform provided by the SINGiX.
3. Once the papers are ready in the SINGiX system will send the secured ZOOM and SIGNiX session link to the email provided with the online booking to accomplish the notarization process.
4. Note: PAYMENT SHOULD BE CLEARED BEFORE WE START THE NOTARIZATION SESSION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. THIS SEEMS LIKE A LOT, BUT THESE ARE THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT OF THE STATE OF OHIO AND MOST OTHER STATES.

SIGNER SHOULD UNDERSTAND AND AWARE THAT THOUGH YOU MEET ALL REQUIREMENT MENTIONED ABOVE, YOU WILL STILL NOT GUARANTEED THAT SIGNERS OR ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL PASS THE THIRD PARTY IDENTIFICATION PROCESS.
